An exquisite antique 18th century solid mahogany side table. Wonderful carvings adorn this beautiful table. It has a pie crust galleried top with a turned pedestal on tripod legs with lion’s claw feet which dates to around 1730
In the 18th century it was fashionable to invite family and guests for tea and these tables were used exactly for that. Being a tilt top style table they could easily be put to one side saving space. The grain and patina on this one is absolutely stunning
